芦笋富含人体所需的多种营养成分,并具有极高的医疗价值。现对芦笋的营养成分、保健作用和保鲜技术作一介绍,以期为芦笋的深加工研究提供参考。
Asparagus has abundant nutrition ingredients that are essential to the health of man, so it has very high medical value. This paper introduces the nutrition ingredients, health function and preservation technology of asparagus in order to provide the reference for the deep-processing of asparagus.
