摘要 混凝土倒锥壳水塔一般采用滑模施工支筒,在支筒底部预制水箱,液压提升就位的施工方法,但设备用量大,非专业队伍难以承担。泰安酒厂2座水塔采用倒模施工筒身、水箱与筒身整浇的施工方法,施工简单,易操作,节省了购买液压提升机具设备的开支,取得较好效益。 The construction of a concrete inverted cone water tower project is adopted generally with a sliking formwork, a precast bottom water tank, and a hydraulic liftform method, which should be done only with a great amount of equipments and an exceedingly difficult job fornon-professional teams. Nevertheless,tegral combination of water tand and tower body cast-in-site method. It was proved of simplicity in construction. ease in operation and above all, much saving in expenditure cost of those hydraulic lifting form equipments. As a result, it was confirmed of a comparatively beneficial economical efficiency.
