摘要
结合实际生产作业,提出一种以模板长为基数进行旋转双曲面冷却塔施工的新方法。该方法有效地实现了施工高度、施工筒壁半径、施工筒壁斜长(边长)的同步控制,与传统方法(以施工高度为基数进行施工)相比,具有作业过程简捷、作业速度较快、施工主体与设计曲面间的吻合程度较高等优点。
Integrating closely with the pracical construction procedures,it has prt forward a newmethod,i.e.tading measure of the form's length as the basic unit for the construction of a revolving hyperbolic shell cooling tower project.This method has been effectively carried out with the synchro-control construction procedures.That is to say it has perfectly realiaed the coordinated construction procedures,i.e.Coordination of its height in construction, its radii of the hyperbolic shell,and its sideling lengths of the hyperbolic shell.Comparing with the conventional method,(i,e.with its construction height as the basic unit methok),it has been meritoriously confirmde of simplicity in procedures, and speed in costruction, as well as the high consistecy of its main body with its design of the hyperbolic shell etc.
