摘要
有线的Internet与无线的移动通信网络有着截然不同的传输环境。3G虽然也定义了图像标准,但其所支持的视频业务标准并没有确定,这也将影响其普及和应用。
The transmission environment of cable intemet is quite different from that of wireless network.Although 3G has defined the standards for images,but video business standards supported by 3G are not defined so far, consequently will influence their popularization and application.
