摘要
由于降成本的需要,某发动机曲轴材料由钢改为球铁,通过对比分析,分别评估两种材料的曲轴强度和曲轴系的扭振,分析结论是安全系数、曲轴自由端共振振幅及许用应力均在许可范围内,说明该发动机把曲轴材料由42C rM o改为QT 800-6是安全的。
In order t o reduce cost, it is tried to substitute of nodular iron crankshaft for steel crankshaft for an engine. Analysis has been made to the strength of the crankshaft and torsion of the crank shafting for both materials, resulting in that the safety factors, free-end resonance amplitude and allowable stress all fall in the allowance scope. It is shown that it is safe to substitute QT800-6 for 42CrMo in crankshaft material.
