摘要
介绍轴承座用冲压件代替铸钢件的制造方法,分析了冲压件轴承座的冲压工艺,提出了合理的成形工艺,对反拉深模结构设计、模具关键参数的选取以及模具工作过程作了阐述。利用限位装置成功解决反拉深起皱问题,保证了零件质量。
The paper introduces the method for the manufacturing of bearing house with stamping instead of foundry. It analyses the stamping process for bearing housing and proposes a reasonable forming process. It also discusses the design for the reverse-drawing die, the selection of key parameters and the working process of die. Position limit device is employed to solve the problem of corrugation by reverse-drawing so that quality of the part can be ensured.
