摘要 Dazitol和威百亩均按有效成分和土壤的质量配制成50、25、12.5、6.25、3.125mg/kg五个浓度梯度,熏蒸6d后调查结果表明:在相同有效成分时,异硫氰酸烯丙酯在杀线虫、杀菌和除草活性方面,与威百亩(异硫氰酸甲酯的产生物)活性相近,是一种溴甲烷潜在的替代品。 Dazitol and metham were mixed with soil using a stepwise rate series of 50, 25, 12.5, 6.25, and 3.125 mg a.i./kg of soil. After fumigating for 6 days, allylisothiocyanate showed bioactivity similar to that of equivalent a,i, rates of metham (a derivative of allylisothiocyanate) in controlling nematodes, soil microbes, and weeds, thereby indicating its potential as an alternative to methyl bromide.
