摘要 建立了用气相色谱外标法分析气雾杀虫剂产品中右旋苯醚氰菊酯的方法。色谱条件:色谱柱为DB170130m×0.32mm,检测器为火焰离子化检测器,在DB1701色谱柱上右旋苯醚氰菊酯能与其它组分很好的分离,分离度(α)>2.0。右旋苯醚氰菊酯的浓度在1.0 ̄0.00010mg/ml范围内呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;检测限为1.0μg/g。方法的回收率为93.6% ̄103.2%。该法操作简便、快速、准确性高、重复性好,对同一样品的5次平行测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)<3.0%,可作为本品的质量控制方法。 A gas chromatographic method using an external standard was established for determination of d-phenothrin in aerosol pesticide. Chromatographic conditions included a DB1701 (30 m × 0.32 mm) column and flame ionization detection. Good separation was obtained between d-phenothrin and other components, with a separation factor (α) of more than 2.0%. A strong linear response was observed in the d-phenothrin concentration range of 1.0 to 0.00010 mg/ml, with r = 0.9999 and a limit of detection of 1.0 μg/g. Recoveries ranged from 93.6 to 103.2%. The method is simple, convenient, and rapid, with high accuracy and repeatability. Five parallel runs of identical samples yielded a relative standard deviation (RSD%) of 〈3.0%. The method is suitable for use in quality control with d-phenothrin aerosol products.
