摘要
采用DB-170130m×0.32mm×0.25μm毛细管柱和FID检测器,气相色谱法分离测定35%乙·异草松中的乙草胺和异草松含量。结果表明,乙草胺和异草松的标准偏差分别为0.18、0.059;变异系数分别为0.7%、0.6%;平均回收率分别为99.5%、100.5%。
A gas chromatographic method using a 30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm DB-1701 capillary column and a FID detector was developed for quantitative analysis of an acetochlor plus clomazone 35% wettable powder mixture. Standard deviations for acetochlor and clomazone were 0.18 and 0.059, respectively, while coefficients of variation were 0.7 and 0.6%, respectively, and average recoveries were 99.5 and 100.5%, respectively.
