慢性阻塞性肺病患者血清IL—8和MMP—9检测及其临床意义

Detection Serum Levels of IL-8 and MMP-9 in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Their Clinical Significance

目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者急性发作期和缓解期血清IL-8和MMP-9变化的临床意义。方法：采用ELISA方法,分剐检测23例患者在COPD急性发作期、缓解期及20例正常人血清IL-8和MMP-9水平,并进行比较。结果：COPD急性发作期IL-8水平(197.27±65.44)pg·ml^(-1)明显高于缓解期(39.94±9.55)pg·ml^(-1)(P＜0.01),两者间血清MMP-9水平则无显著差异(P＞0.05)。COPD急性发作期和缓解期血清MMP-9水平分别为(206.10±50.88)ng·ml^(-1)和(190.09±43.22)ng·ml^(-1)均明显高于正常人(150.04±61.50)ng·ml^(-1)(P＜0.01)。结论：IL-8参与了COPD的炎症过程,其血清水平有助对COPD急性发作进行监测。MMP-9在COPD急性发作期和缓解期都有高水平表达,可能与气道重塑、肺气肿形成有关。

Objective：To study the variation and significance of IL-8 and MMP-9 in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） during an acute exacerbation and at stable period. Methods： Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to messure the serum levels of IL-8 and MMP-9 in 20 normal person,23 patients with COPD during an acute exacerbation and at a stable period. Results：The serum level of IL-8 in patients with COPD during an acute exacerbation was significantly higher than that of at stable period （P〈0. 01）. The serum level of MMP-9 did not differ significantly in acute exacerbation compared with stable period （P〉0. 05） ,but the serum levels of MMP-9 in acute exacerbation and stable period were both significantly higher than that of normal person （P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion, IL-8 takes part in the inflammation activity, its serum level is good for determining the condition of COPD during an acute exacerbation. The serum level of MMP-9 in patients with COPD during an acute exacerbation and at stable period are both higher,MMP-9 may be involved in the airway remodeling,correlated with the pulmonary emphysema.
