高龄髋部骨折患者的手术治疗和围手术期处理

Study on Operation Methods and Management in Patients Aged More Than 80 Years Old with Hip Fracture during Peri-operation Period

目的：探讨高龄髋部骨折患者的手术方式选择,提高手术安全。方法：2002～2005年共收治高龄髋部骨折患者53例,平均年龄84.6岁,均予手术治疗。结果：所有患者均安全度过围手术期,仅4例出现并发症,但经抢救成功。结论：高龄股骨颈骨折和股骨粗隆间骨折患者可以通过有效的围手术期处理安然度过手术,并获得好的手术效果,提高生活质量。

Objective：To discuss the management of peri-operational period in patients aged mere than 80 Years and the effects of operation in those patients. Methods： 53 cases of intertrochanteric fractures or femur neck fractures were taken operation in 2 years with careful preparation and post-op care and all of them survived. Results： It was very important to choose proper surgery method and peri-op care for old patients. Conclusion： Bipolar hip replacement and gamma nail could be a simple and successful method in dealing with fractures around hip joint in eld patients with accurate peri-operation dispose.
