Detennination of Icariin in Bushenqiangshen Capsules by HPLC Method

目的:建立补肾强身胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。结果:线性范围为0．04-0．36μg(r =0．9997),平均回收率为98．96％,RSD=0．56％(n:9)。结论:该方法灵敏,准确,专属性强。

Objective： To set up the quality standard of Bushenqiangshen capsules. Methods： An HPLC method was developed. Results： The linear ranges of HPLC was 0.04 - 0.36ug（ r = 0. 9997）. The average recovery was 98.96% .RSD = 0.56% （n = 9）, Conclusion： This method is reliable accurate and suitable for the determination of Icariin.
