自体外周血干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足的手术护理

摘要 血管新生技术是近年来医学研究的一个热门话题,自体外周血干细胞(PBSC)移植治疗糖尿病足在国内也是一项新技术,主要是利用骨髓干细胞具有多向分化潜能,在适宜环境下,可向各细胞系分化且容易从自体采集的特点。我院于2005年至今对6例糖尿病足患者抽取自体骨髓分离出干细胞(单个核细胞)分别注射于下肢,术后取得良好的效果,现将手术配合及护理体会报告如下。
