重组人干扰素-α1b治疗婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻

Clinical Study on Treatment of Infantile Diarrhea with Recombinant Human Interferon-α1b

目的观察人重组干扰素-α1b与病毒唑治疗婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻的疗效比较。方法选择婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻患儿138例，分2组，治疗组59例，对照组79例。治疗组用重组人干扰素-α1b，每日6μg肌肉注射。1次／d。治疗3d。对照组使用病毒唑10—15mg／（kg·d）加入液体静脉滴注。结果治疗组热退和止泻时间均缩短，两组对比有显著性差异。结论人干扰素-α1b是治疗婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻较满意的药物。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of recombinant human interferon- α1b ribavirin in the treatment of infantile diarrhea in autumn and winter. Methods 138 paients were divided into treating group and contrast group. The treating group, 59 cases adopted rcombinant human interferon - α1b for 3 consecutive days, muscle injection 6 μg a day and once a day;the other group was treated with Ribavirin 10 - 15mg/（ kg · d） a day,added liquid medicinal drops. Results There were remarkable difference between them. The treating group has shorten the time of high temperature and diarrhea. Conclusion Recombinant human interferon - α1b is better medicine for infantile diarrhea.
