浅谈大学生择业认知的不足与改变途径

The graduates get inadequate recognition on choosing jobs and measures to change the situation

由于当前我国经济发展和教育发展水平的不平衡,导致毕业生在择业中遇到诸多理想和现实不能一致的问题。文章着重论述了毕业生对社会、就业形势、自我、职业、法律等方面认知不足问题,并提出了相应的改变途径。

Because of the unbalanced development of social and educational development,many graduates face the problem that their dreams can not be turned into reality. This article explains how graduates get inadequate recognition on society, occupation, law, job hunting and themselves. Also, correspondent measures to change the situation are put forward.
