分析市场经济体制下移民整合的基本特征,探索在社会主义市场经济条件下,通过“建立政府领导,确立移民主体,实现社会化、市场化运作”的移民整合运行机制,从而达到促进安置区的经济、社会协调发展,达到移民“逐步能致富”和构建和谐社会长治久安的移民整合目标。

The paper analyses the basic characteristics of immigrant resettlement in the system of the socialist market-oriented economy and explores the possibility of building the mechanism of immigration resettlement which integrates relevant parts into an organic one. Such a mechanism will promote a coordinated economy and social development in the resettlement region to realize the goal of gradually becoming well-to-do and constructing a harmonious society.
