Thinking and Proposal on the Evaluation of the Scientific and Technological Achievements in Universities

当前高校科技成果评价方式各有利弊,针对高校科技成果评价中出现的问题,提出要综合评价科技论文学术水平及价值;公开、公正、客观评定科技成果鉴定;设立高校专利基金资助专利评价;要适应社会需求,实现多元化的技术评价方式。

Based on the study of the problems pertaining to the evaluation of the scientific and technological achievements in universities, this paper maintains that it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the academic level and value of these achievements comprehensively. And what’s more, it is of importance to appraise the achievements openly, fairly and objectively and to establish special fund for subsidizing patent evaluation. To meet the needs of the society the application of multifarious methods in evaluation is a must.
