摘要
随着高参数、大容量的电站锅炉的应用越来越多,对炉水加药量的控制也越来越严格.炉水的缓冲强度(缓冲指数)是衡量炉水耐酸碱冲击性的重要指标,这就要求对不同水工况下炉水的缓冲强度进行计算.通过电荷平衡方程和物料平衡方程,推导出了常见磷酸盐水处理工况下炉水缓冲强度的表达式,绘出了炉水缓冲强度与pH值的关系曲线,计算出了对应体系下炉水缓冲容量,讨论了炉水缓冲能力.计算结果表明,pH值在9~10范围内,炉水的缓冲强度和缓冲容量随碱化剂的量增加而增大;平衡磷酸盐处理(EPT)时,碱化剂NH3比NaOH对炉水缓冲能力的影响大.
The buffer intensity (buffer index) of boiler water is an important criterion for evaluating the interference of boiler water with strong acid or alkaline chemicals. Power plant boilers with big capacity and high temperature steam conditions are more and more being used, the dosage of chemicals to the boiler water is controlled more and more strictly, which needs to precisely calculate intensity buffer of boiler water precisely in different working conditions. A formulation according to charge balance equation and material balance equation was put forward, and the relation ship between the buffer intensity and pH value of the boiler water was investigated. Then the buffer capacity of the respective water treatment is calculated, and the buffer ablity of boiler water is discussed. The results show that the buffer intensities and capacities of different boiler water increase with the increase of the concentration of alkaline substance at pH 9 - 10 and the effect of ammonia upon the buffer ability of boiler water is more efficient than that of NaOH when equilibrium phosphate treatment(EPT) was adoptd.
