以Visual Basic语言来实现土方开挖爆破计算机辅助设计，输入初始设计变量，得出设计结果和自动绘制炮孔布置图，代替了手工或简单用AutoCAD绘制，并且利用ACCESS来建立土石方爆破实例数据库，以便查阅类似工程条件的爆破工程资料，可进行参照或修改。

Computer aided design of the blasting parameters in earthwork can be achieved in the Visual Basic procedure. Inputting the required variables, it can get the parameters design result and drawing the chart of arrange of blast hole and replacing the hand work and AutoCAD drawing. Based on the ACCESS software, the database of blasting of soil and rock was found, in order to check the similar conditional engineering and be used as the reference or modifications of design.
