腓肠神经营养皮瓣在小腿下段及足踝部组织缺损修复中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:报道应用腓肠神经营养血管皮辩逆行转移修复小腿下段及足踝部皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法:应用逆行腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复创面69例,其中小腿下段38例,足踝部38例,修复创面最大7×12 cm2,最远创面达跖趾关节面平面。结果:76例皮瓣全部成活,1例皮瓣边缘坏死植皮愈合,7例足背部创面皮瓣远端1cm范围肤色暗紫,未影响皮瓣成活。27例肥胖体质或女性病人皮瓣略显臃肿,以跟腱部位明显。结论:腓肠神经营养血管皮辩质地良好,手术切取操作简便,成活率高,不损伤血管,逆行转移是修复小腿下段、足踝部皮肤缺损的理想方法。
