The individualism in political philosophy, based on the abstract individual and on the angle of the relationship between individual ,country and government,advocates the origin and status of its ultimate objective as compared with country and government. The fundamental principle of value it entails is of practical significance,whereas it will overstep its defects only when getting merged in the collectivist values.
