我国开发区的文化建设初探——以无锡高新区为例

A Preliminary Study on Cultural Development in National High-tech Development Zone: Evidence from Wuxi New District

文章以无锡新区为例,提出在高新区“二次创业”转型提升阶段,应坚持文化建设与经济发展相协调,使文化建设成为新区社会全面健康持续发展的动力源和推进器。按照建设“人文新区”的目标来确定自己的文化战略,进一步促进新区文化建设。

Taking Wuxi New District as an example, this article points out that in the second round of development, national High-tech development zone should persist in the coordinated development of both culture and economy and make cultural development the impetus and propeller for the sustained and sound development of high-tech development zone. Finally, it claims that cultural strategy should be based on the goal of constructing a humanistic New District.
