摘要 家族企业因产权状况不同而存在着多种信任关系及其约束机制类型。早期家族企业所遵循的道德约束准则在企业发展和产权变化后,需要制度约束替代,这就导致企业信任机制的转变。职业经理人机制对于信任机制转化既具有促进作用,也是家族企业融进外部人力资源,从而解决信任缺失“瓶颈”,提高家族制效率的关键所在。 Family enterprises have various types of trust relationships and restriction mechanisms due to their different property rights. The moral restriction principles abided by early enterprises should be replaced by system restriction after the development of family enterprises and change of property rights, which leads to transformation of enterprises' trust mechanism. Professional manager mechanism not only promotes the transformation of trust mechanism but also makes it possible for family enterprises to recruit outside human resources to remove the bottleneck of lack of trust inside.
