摘要 教师的专业发展是一个不断实践、不断创新的过程。追求卓越,成长为一名专业化的教师,是每位教师职业发展的必然选择。提升教师职业品位,促进教师专业发展,对于教师的专业成长,具有非常重要的意义。 Teachers' professional development is a constantly innovational process. It is inevitable for professional teachers to promote their professional development. Consequently, promoting teachers' professional qualities is significant for teachers' professional development.
