《治安管理处罚法》三措施解读

An explanation on the three measures of“law of the PRC on punishments in public order and security administration”

《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》在维护社会秩序,保障公共安全,尊重保护人权,规范警察执法行为,防止权力滥用等方面体现出诸多进步。本文仅对其中责令12个月内不得进入体育场馆观看同类比赛、没收以及取缔三项措施进行分析,阐述自己的观点。

＂Law of the PRC on pumshments m public order and security admimnistration ＂ has a great progress on the maintenance of social order,safeguarding the public security,respect and protection of human rights ,standardization of the behavior of law enforcement and preventing the abuse of the authority.In this paper,I try to analyse three measures, these are forbid watching the similar competition in gymnasium for 12 months,confiscation and ban as well.
