复方消癖健乳胶囊的制备与质量控制研究

Preparation and Quality Standards of Xiaopijianru Compound Capsules

目的探讨消癖健乳胶囊的制备及质量控制标准。方法利用显微特征对穿山甲、珍珠、全虫进行鉴别;用香草醛-冰醋酸比色法测定西洋参中总皂甙的含量。结果实验设计合理,测得平均含量为0.692%,重显性好(RSD=2.12%),平均回收率98.30%。结论本方法操作简便、快速,检测结果准确,重复性好,为消癖健乳胶囊的制备和质量控制的良好方法。

Objective To develop a preparation and quality control method of Xiaopijianru Capsules. Methods Microscopical characters were employed for the identifications of Spuama Manitis, Margarita and Scorpio. The content of gensenosides in Panax quinuefolium L was determined by colorimetry. Results The method was convenient and accurate. The average content was 0. 692 % . It was reproducible （RSD = 2.12 % ）, and the recovery rate was 98.30% . Conclusion This paper provides a simple, quick and reproducible method which is suitable for the preparation and quality control of Xiaopijianru Capsules.
