摘要
目的探讨家兔急性心肌梗死区心肌中K+/Na+/Mg2+/Ca2+/Zn2+/Cu2+比值的变化与急性心肌梗死发生的时间规律。方法用结扎家兔左冠状动脉建立急性心肌梗死区的模型,分别检测对照组心肌和实验组心肌中钾、钠、钙、镁、锌和铜值,然后计算K+/Na+、Mg2+/Ca2+、Zn2+/Cu2+比值并经统计学处理。结果(1)K+/Na+、Mg2+/Ca2+比值随心肌缺血时间延长呈进行性下降,K+/Na+比值在60 min、120 min实验组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);(2)Zn2+/Cu2+比值各实验组与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但随实验组缺血时间延长,Zn2+/Cu2+比值呈下降趋势,120 min组比15 min、30 min6、0 min组降低约1/2(P<0.01)。结论测定心肌梗死区K+/Na+、Mg2+/Ca/2+比值可以作为显示和判定急性心肌梗死的重要指标。
Objective To probe the relationship between the changes of K^+/Na^+、Mg^2+/Ca^2+ and Zn^2+/Cu^2+ Ratios and the time after acute myocardial infarction. Methods Using the animal model of acute myocardial infarction of rabbit after left coronary artery ligation, the writers checked up K^+ ,Na^+ ,Mg^2+ ,Ca^2+ ,Zn^2+ and Cu^2+ in myocardial muscle of the contrast and experimental groups, calculated the ratio of K^+/Na^+、Mg^2+/Ca^2+ and Zn^2+/Cu^2+, and dealt with statistics. Results ( 1 ) The K^+/Na^+ and Mg^2+/Ca^2+ ratios dropped with the prolongation of time myocardialischemia. There was significant( P 〈 0.01 )difference of K +/Na + ratio between the experimental group and controlgroup at 60 min and 120 min of myocardial ischemia. The differences of Mg^2+/Ca^2+ ratio were obvious between the ex-perimental group and the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). (2) There was no significant (P 〈 0.05)difference of Zn^2+/Cu^2+ ratio between the experimental group and the control group, but Zn^2+/Cu^2+ ratio showed a tendency dropping with theprolongation of ischemia in the experimental group. At 120 min of myocardial ischemia, the Zn^2+/Cu^2+ ratio was 1/2 asthose at 15min,30min,and 60min( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion It is suggested that the K^+/Na^+ and Mg^2+/Ca^2+ ratios ofmyocardial infarction area are the important criterion of diagnosing acute myocardial infarction.
