外路小梁切开联合小梁切除术治疗先天性青光眼

External Trabeculotomy Associated with Trabeculectomy in the Treatment of Congenital Glaucoma

目的 评价外路小梁切开联合小梁切除术治疗先天性青光眼的疗效。方法 应用外路小梁切开联合小梁切除术治疗婴儿先天性青光眼6例（11眼）。结果 术后7d，11眼眼压均降至正常。术后随访观察平均20个月。10眼眼压控制正常，手术成功率90．9％．术中常见并发症为小量前房出血，一般在术后1～5d内完全吸收，对手术效果无影响。结论 外路小梁切开联合小梁切除术是治疗婴幼儿先天性青光眼安全而有效的手术方法，可推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of external trabeculotomy associated with trabeculectomy in the treatment of congenital glaucoma. Methods Six cases （11 eyes）of congenital infantile glaucoma were treated with trabeculotomy associated with trabeculectomy following up for 20 months in average, Results After 7 days postoperation, IOP of 11 eyes were normal, IOP of 10 eyes were normal following up for 20 months. The successful rate of operation was 90.9 %. The common complication of operation was a small amount of hyphema which was totally resolved within 1-5 days in majority and there was no influence on the final outcome. Conclusion External trabeculotomy associated with trabeculectomy is a safe and effective method for congenital infantile glaucoma.
