摘要
负责清理创造社出版部的郁达夫,成绩斐然,却仍被其他同人指责为“怠工”。原因就是早在创造社方向转换时期,他同人们的价值趋向逐渐出现分歧,而对出版部工作重心的认识也各有不同,坚持个性的郁达夫成了社团内部矛盾冲突的牺牲品。
Mr Yu Dafu made great improvements while he was held responsible for the publishing sector of the CZS. Nevertheless, he was accused of a “slow-down” in his managerial work. Based on an in-depth inquiry into the issue, this paper illustrates that such a claim is by no means justified. It concludes that Mr Yu Dafu has been victimized to the conflicting values of the different business partners during the transitional period of the institution.
