白蚁及相关真菌提取液的抗突变和致突变研究

Study on the Mutagenicity and Antimutagenicity of the Extracts of Termites and Relative Fungi

本文报道了以一较直观的微生物模式对3种白蚁、2种菌圃、1种鸡■菌发酵液及1种用白蚁和菌圃制成的保健酒进行的抗突变和致突变研究。结果表明：1）这些样品均无致突变性。2）除3种白蚁水提液外，其余样品均有明显的抗突变性。这一结论对白蚁及菌圃的进一步药用研究具参考价值。

This paper reported the study on the mutagenicity and antimutagenicity of the extracts of three kindsof termites,two kinds of fungus combs, one kind offermentative liquid of termitomyce and one kind offunctional liquor made from termites and funguscombs.The result is that no sample has mutagenicityand that four samples have antimutagenicity whilethe three samples of termite extracts have no antimutagenicity. The result will be useful in the furtherstudy on the pharmaceutics of termites and funguscombs.
