摘要
新上海国际大厦位于上海浦东陆家嘴金融开发区，是一幢综合性、智能型多功能的超高层钢筋混凝土建筑。总建筑面积约为８００００ｍ２，主楼为３９层（不包括塔楼），总高１６８ｍ。地下室为４层，地上裙房为７层。本文对新上海国际大厦的基础与上部结构的结构设计作一介绍。
Located at Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone,Pudong New Area, New Shanghai International Tower is a comprehensive,intelligent, multi-fuction high-rise office building of reinforced conctete sturcture, totalling 8000m2 in area.Withe 4 storeys underground and a seven-storey podium, the main structure is 39 storeys amounting to a height of 168m above gorund.The present paper a brief account of the super and sub-structural design of this building.
