云南民族地区农村教育要实施发展振兴计划,必须把教育模式的革新作为发展的关键,把法律和制度的完善作为振兴的保证,把教育方针有针对性的细化作为成功的目标。

In implementing the plan of rejuvenating rural education in ethnic regions of Yunnan Province, we should take reforming educational model as the key to development, improving law and system as the guarantee of rejuvenation and specializing educational policies in accordance with reality as the goal of success.
