微波聚束与射频两种热疗临床比较及分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较与分析微波聚束和RF-8射频两种热疗对胸腹部恶性肿瘤的治疗效果,以及患者的血压、心率、升温速率及皮肤反应。方法:从2000年1月 ̄2005年12月,使用微波聚束热疗机或RF-8射频热疗机进行深部肿瘤加温配合放射治疗,共计90例。对每次加温治疗的疗效以及治疗中患者的血压、心率、升温速率及皮肤反应进行统计分析。结果:微波聚束治疗效果好于RF-8射频热疗,两种加温治疗机对心率、血压的影响没有明显差别,RF-8射频热疗机比微波聚束热疗机的治疗温度上升速度快,诱导期短,微波聚束热疗机治疗时对患者的毒副作用明显小于RF-8射频热疗机。结论:两种热疗配合放射治疗均对肿瘤有明显的治疗效果,微波聚束热疗结合放疗的疗效相对较好。 To compare and analyze the efficacy of microwave focus hyperthermia and RF-8 hyperthermia on chest and abdominal malignancies,and the conditions of patients' blood pressure,heart rate,temperature accelerating rate and skin reaction were obseroed during treatment.Methods:From January 2000 to December 2005,90 cases of chest and abdominal malignancies were treated with radiotherapy accompanied with hyperthermia using microwave focus heating machine or RF-8 thermotron.The efficacy of hyperthermia,patients' blood pressure, heart rate,temperature accelerating rate and skin reaction during treatment were recorded and analyzed statistically.Results:The efficacy of microwave focus hyperthermia was better than that of RF-8.There was no significant difference between the two types of treatment on patients' heart rate and blood pressure. However,the temperature accelerating rate of RF-8 was quidker than that of microwave focus machine,while the side effect of the latter was fewer than that of RF-8.Conclusion:Both type of hyperthermia had treatment effect on malignant tumors,and microwave focus hyperthermia was a better one.
