我国目前实行的金融监管体制是分业经营、分业监管。由于经济环境的变化,这种监管体制面临诸多挑战,主要是金融开放政策、金融创新、金融整合发展的挑战。通过借鉴国际经验,可以发展完善我国的金融监管。

At present Chinese financial supervision system is business segregation, supervision segregation, this system has many problems because of the change of economic condition, for example the challenge of open policy, financial development, and we can develop our country＇s financial supervision by learning foreign experience.
