摘要
文章结合GATS和中国—东盟服务贸易谈判,从国内和国际两方面谈了法律服务界的现状。分析了法律服务全球化对中国的影响即加入世贸组织、中国-东盟自由贸易区的建立,既会给中国法律服务界带来难得的机遇,也会带来前所未有的挑战。那么,如何应对这些挑战呢?笔者认为面对压力,法律服务界要主动采取切实行动,提高素质,优化管理,并积极参与国际竞争与合作。
The thesis analyzes the influence of globalization of legal service to China by discussing both domestic and foreign situations with the combination of GATS and China - ASEAN service trade negotiation. The author thinks the industry of legal service in China should take actions to participate the international competition and cooperation by improving our own quality and management ability.
