摘要
“买一赠一”在市场经济的确立之初起着积极作用,但它的弊端却显而易见。本文从“买一赠一”的法律性质着手分析,对于“买一赠一”所属合同类型进行界定;并就赠品存有瑕疵或缺陷所引起的法律后果提出了可行的解决方式。
"Buy one give one" had functioned actively during the setup of marketing economy, while it has caused obvious abuses. The thesis analyzes its legal features and tries to defines its contract type. Suggests solution to the legal consequences caused by the flaws or bugs of the gifts.
