文章分析了实施宪法、实现宪法的内、外在条件,从宪法本身的运作规律揭示相关基本制度之间的逻辑关系,提出完善宪法应当分别从完善宪法运作的外在环境和宪政制度两个方面入手,促进宪法自身的完备,建立一整套保障宪法自身运做的机制,发挥宪法监督的功能,保障宪法实现。

With analysis of both of internal and external conditions on performance of constitution, the thesis reveals logics of fundamental systems related and suggests improvement in the perfection of constitutional functioning and constitutional governmoat.
