摘要 进行了硫酸盐法模拟连续蒸煮实验,详细探讨了全秆红麻的制浆性能。结果表明,全秆红麻制浆可采用常规连续蒸煮工艺,适宜的制浆工艺条件为:用碱量20%(Na2O计),硫化度22%,液比1∶4;预浸温度为80℃,时间10 min,蒸煮最高温度为168℃,保温时间60 min,粗浆得率45.5%,卡伯值26.6,白度21.1%ISO,所制取的红麻浆具有较高的成浆强度。 The continuous pulping of whole stalk kenaf, a kind of non-wood long fiber materials, was discussed in this paper. The results showed that the conventional continuous cooking could be used to produce kenaf kraft pulp. The conditions for kraft continuous cooking were optimized as follows : alkaline charge 20%(Na2O), sulfidity 22%, liquor ratio 1:4, impregnation for 10min at 80℃ ,and retention for 60 min at 168℃ . The pulp yield is 45.5%, kappa number is 26.6 and the brightness is 21.1%ISO. The results showed that the pulp has good strength properties.
