氧化铝的强度与其颗粒的独特显微形貌有着内在的联系,而氧化铝颗粒的显微形貌取决于铝酸钠溶液的分解工艺。氧化铝与氢氧化铝颗粒的显微形貌相似,通过跟踪监测流程中分解产物氢氧化铝颗粒的显微形貌来合理调整分解工艺,对得到强度较好的氧化铝产品有着重要的指导意义。
Inherent relation exists between the strength and micro appearance of alumina grain. And the micro appearance of alumina appearance depends on the precipitation process of aluminate liquor. Since the micro appearance of alumina is similar to that of the hydrate, it is important to get stronger alumina by adjusting the precipitation peocess as per the micro appearance of hydrate grain.
