PAA-co-AM/SiO_2高吸水性复合材料的合成研究

摘要 采用水溶液聚合法制备了PAA-co-AM/S iO2高吸水性复合材料。考察了反应温度、丙烯酸(AA)与丙烯酰胺(AM)配比、硅溶胶用量等因素对复合材料吸水倍率的影响。用红外光谱和TGA表征复合材料的结构及热稳定性。结果表明:硅溶胶使材料的热稳定性提高,初步说明有机物与无机物之间发生某种键的结合。 Super-absorbent composite PAA-co-AM/SiO2 is prepared by aqueous solution polymerization. The effects of reaction temperature, the ratio of AA to AM and the amount of silica sol etc. on the water absorbency are investigated. The structure and thermal stability are characterized by FT-IR and TGA, respectively. The results indicate that thermal stability is improved by introducing silica sol, and the organic compounds are possibly bonded with minerals.
