摘要
ADC发泡剂产生大量的氨氮废水,采用吹脱法去除氨氮效果差,本文采用次氯酸钠脱除ADC废水中的氨氮。在碱性条件下,将缩合废水经吹脱塔两级吹脱,并用有效氯3.1%的次氯酸钠处理,使废水中氮含量由20 000mg/L降至60 mg/L。
The ADC foaming agent produces large amounts of ammonia nitrogen waste water, and the removal of ammonia nitrogen by using blows removal method is not efficient. The experiment on reducing ammonia and nitrogen of ADC foaming agent waste water with sodium hypochlorite has been carried out. By using blows removal method and treatment of sodium the nitrogen content in waste water reduces from 20 000 hypochlorite containing 3.1% active chlorine, mg/L to 60 mg/L.
