微波辐射下硫酸盐催化合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛 被引量:6

Synthesis of benzaldehyde ethylene glycol acetal under microwave irradiation catalyzed by sulfate

摘要 用硫酸盐作催化剂,在微波辐射下催化合成了苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛。考察了微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间、不同硫酸盐、原料配比、催化剂用量对产率的影响。实验表明:当微波输出功率为259 W,辐射时间为9 m in,苯甲醛用量为0.075 mol,乙二醇用量为0.1125 mol,硫酸铝用量为1.2 g时,产率可达77.9%。 Benzaldehyde ethylene glycol acetal was directly synthesized from benzaldehyde and ethylene glycol under microwave irradiation with sulfate as catalyst. The effects of microwave irradiation power, microwave irradiation time, different sulfate, reactant ratio, amount of catalyst on the yield of benzaldehyde ethylene glycol acetal were studied. The results showed that the most suitable condition for the reaction are as follows : microwave irradiation power is 259 W, radiation time is 9 min, benzaldehyde 0.075 mol, ethylene glycol 0. 1125 tool,the amount of aluminum sulfate is 1.2 g,the yield is up to 77.9%.
