摘要
介绍了工程施工中涉及到的现场签证工作，分析了现场签订工作中存在的问题，探讨了现场签证对于工程结算、索赔及成本控制的重要性，最终提高建设单位和施工企业的利益。
The site visa work in engineering construction is introduced. Based upon analysis of the problems existed practical countermeasures are proposed. The importance of site visa to project settlement, project claim and cost control is also discussed in order to protect the interests of investors and builder.
