综述了节能的含义，介绍了国内国外建筑节能的概况，提出了中国特色的建筑节能必须考虑我国地区差异大、人口多、资源紧缺等的实际情况，针对中国国情应选用的技术策略。

This paper summarizes the meaning of saving energy and the current state of saving energy at home and foreign. Points that building energy saving should consider the actual situation as big differences in different areas, large population and short of resources in China and should adopt the applicable technical strategies.
