介绍了住宅建筑节能发展的趋势，着重阐述了住宅建筑外墙外保温施工从原材料、质量标准和检查方法、重点工序等的质量控制，以获取良好的施工效果。
This article introduces the trend of energy saving of residence construction. The author selectively expatiates upon material quality control, quality standard, inspection method and important working procedure in order to achieve well function of external wall exterior insulation.
