摘要
对建设工程施工合同中可能存在的主要风险因素做出分析论述，提出了必要的防范措施，以提高承包商抵御风险的能力，从而减少承包商的风险，提高承包商获利的机会。
Analyze and discuss the main risk factor that may exist in construction contract of construct project, bring forward the necessary methods, to increase the contractor＇s capability of keeping away risk, consequently decrease the contractor＇s risk and increase the contractor＇s gained opportunity.
