体外预应力加固技术在改善简支梁桥的功用中发挥着重要作用，引起了工程界的广泛关注，主要介绍了体外预应力加固技术的计算理论及程序的编制，以推广应用。
The external prestressed strengthening technique playing an important role in strengthening simple supported beam is widely concemed presently. This paper mainly introduces the calculation theory in external prestressed strengthening technique and supplies the program to calculate the system.
