简要叙述急性心肌梗死后无症状性心力衰竭的发生、预防及护理,主要阐述了护理干预的重点是加强循环监测及呼吸道管理,控制危险因素,预防或延缓心力衰竭的发生。
It summarized the development, prevention and nursing care of asymptomatic heart failure of acute myocardial infarction patients. It mainly explained the keys of nursing intervention including that to strengthen circulation monitoring and air passage management, to control risk factors and to prevent or delay the occurrence of heart failure.
