家庭访视对出院糖尿病病人遵医行为的影响

Influence of home visit on compliance behavior of post-discharged diabetes mellitus patients

[目的]了解出院糖尿病病人的遵医行为及家庭访视对其遵医行为的影响。[方法]将156例出院糖尿病病人随机分为两组,每组78例,出院1周内开始对观察组进行家庭访视,对照组仅出院时做常规指导。6个月后评价两组病人遵医行为及血糖控制情况。[结果]观察组病人遵医行为和血糖控制情况优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]家庭访视可提高糖尿病病人的遵医行为,并能有效控制血糖。

Objective： To know information about compliance behavior of diabetes mellitus patients and the influence of home visit on their behavior. Method： A total of 156 discharged patients were divided into test and control group randomly （78 cases each）. Patients of test group were paid home visit one week after their discharge. While patients of control group were just guided as routine after discharged from hospital. Then all cases were evaluated on compliance behavior and blood sugar control after six months. Result： The compliance behavior and blood sugar control in test group were better than that of control（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： It showed that home visit could enhance the compliance behavior of diabetes mellitus patients and control blood sugar of them effectively.
