摘要
双级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器的优化设计计算十分复杂,数学模型建立的正确与否,关系到齿轮传动优化设计的成败。减速器的体积、重量主要由齿轮和轴的尺寸来决定,因此可以用所有齿轮及轴的体积之和来建立目标函数,把齿轮和轴的强度要求作为约束条件,建立包含12个设计变量和24个约束条件的双级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器优化设计的数学模型。
The design calculation of optimization on the double - stage cylindrical helical gear reducer is very complicated. Whether the mathematical model establishment is correct or incorrect, it is related to the optimization design on the gear drive is success or failure. The Volume and weight of a reducer are mainly determined by the dimensions of gears and shafts. Therefore, it can establish a target function with the sum of all volume of gear and shafts . The strength requirement on gear and shaft can look on as its constraint condition to establish the mathematical model on the optimization design of the double - stage cylindrical helical gear reducer which involves 12 design variables and 24 constrain conditions.
